Lynn Dowling is Principal and Proprietor at Kilkenny College of Beauty and Sports Therapy. Lynn trained initially as a Beauty Therapist qualifying with honours from ITEC,CIBTAC and CIDESCO. She later trained as an holistic therapist adding aromatherapy , Reflexology, Indian head massage etc to her repertoire. She has found her passion to be in the area of advanced skincare where she went on to study laser, microdermabrasion and advanced skincare. She has also trained extensively in nail technology across Europe.Lynn is passionate about Education and endeavoured to create a positive experience for learners, with this to the fore she completed her BA in Adult Education at Waterford Institute of Technology.
Aisling Nolan is our Senior Tutor at Kilkenny College of a beauty and Sports Therapy. Aisling overlooks all departments and teaches in both Beauty and Make up artistry department.
Aisling started her training in 2012 in WCFE in Waterford, where she completed 2 years of Beauty Therapy and was awarded with Student of the year. After receiving her qualifications with ITEC, CIBTAC & CIDESCO in Beauty Therapy, laser and microdermabrasion.She started working in a salon, From there she developed a love for Make Up Artistry and followed her dream at the LA academy in Dublin where she completed the PRO course & graduated in 2015 with honours in Fashion & Media makeup.
Nigel teaches Sports therapy at the Kilkenny college of Beauty and Sports Therapy.Nigel qualified with a Certificate Human Physiology & Health Science 2003, Bsc (Hons) Human Physiology & Rehabilitation 2005 and Msc Football Rehabilitation 2015
He Set up the Wexford Injury clinic in 2005 which specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries as well as injury prevention and performance enhancement.
